Canada will become SIG SAUER country

The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) are upgrading to the SIG SAUER P320 and the official designation is C22. The first delivery of 7,000 pistols is complete, and the C22 is being used to replace the Browning 9mm introduced in 1944.

The C22 is a modular 9mm striker-fired pistol in standard size, precisely the SIG P320. The C22 is a contract pistol with enhanced ergonomic design, 17 round magazine capacity, and a loading status indicator visible to the user from any angle.
