Combat drone for Night Stalker

12/16/2013By Redaktion

The United States Army 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne), also known as 160th SOAR or "Night Stalker," is getting around 12 MQ-1c Grey Eagle drones. These drones are an improved version of the well-known MQ-1 Predator. This will give the Night Stalkers their own combat drone (the currently deployed RQ-7 Shadow is a reconnaissance system).
