IWA 2022: Adaptive plate carrier from 4-14 Factory

One of the small highlights at IWA for us was 4-14 Factory. Coming from Italy, they produce various clothing and gear. They also have an impressive modular plate carrier.

A basic version offers three options, which can be quickly adjusted as needed.

The first version is simple and does not have a plate on the back, but instead has Lasercut-Cordura laminate. This allows a backpack to be worn without interference. There are ROC buckles on the sides for quick opening and closing.

The next variant is the classic Slick Design. Since the buckles are slightly set back on the sides, there is always a pocket on each side for magazines or a radio.

Finally, an additional Tegris material plate can be used to add more pockets to the front or back. This is particularly exciting because it is fully configured to be attached. There are different designs available, depending on what is desired, such as for a classic attachment of Chestrig placards.
