Swing the skull

Those of you who have worked with kettlebells know that they are brutal things that challenge the whole man/woman. No wonder, they look like cannonballs with a handle cast on them. If this minimalist look is not enough for you, you can now train with skulls - called Skullbells. The US company Ironskull offers a few beautifully cast heads to swing, which will certainly complement your personal kettlebell collection nicely. The only downside if you want to get these wonderful things across the pond: the shipping cost goes by weight.
