TACWRK, a Berlin-based company, is relocating to a larger logistics space to expand its range and improve shipping times. Despite the move, the core team will continue working from Berlin, embracing the city's spirit.
Berlin - and then straight to TACWRK? Yes, of course. But how is that possible when they're moving away? We wanted to know from the people at TACWRK why they are leaving, where they are going, and how we can meet them in Berlin.
SPARTANAT: The TACWRK is relocating. Why are you doing this and how will it affect things?
About 2 years ago, the owner of our property contacted us. We are located on the old AEG company premises in Köpenick, and an investor wants to create a project for students at the Berlin University of Technology and Economics on the site. Due to the extensive renovations, the spaces will simply become too expensive for a warehouse after the conversion. That's why we started looking for new spaces and finally found one after a long search. In the so-called Berliner Speckgürtel, we have now found a 3,000 sqm professional logistics space with almost 10m ceiling height and more than enough room to grow. The goal of this expansion is to offer our customers an even larger range and faster shipping times.

SPARTANAT: TACWRK is Berlin. Where is TACWRK now?

SPARTANAT: TACWRK has always been part of the scene. How will this change with your new location?
This fact plays an important role for us. LowProfile and yet TopSpeed. That was our motto from the first TACWRK showroom, and that will also be the requirement for a possible successor space. Our customers appreciate discretion and a place outside the Berlin city hustle and bustle. But for now, we will focus on the reopening of the current showroom, and then we will see. We will definitely keep you updated on our channels!
