On duty: French people play Airsoft

How to train best? The French Army has opted for a replica of the HK416 F, as reported by RETEX MAG. This is intended to improve the training and further education of the shooters, especially the preparation for missions in built-up areas (CQB). Once again it is shown: Airsoft can be very practical, even though we are a bit surprised that they opted for the electric version and not the gas variant. The HK416 F-S is in any case an AEG military training tool, distributed by Tactical Equipements. Among us, we would have bet on a blue pimped Umarex/VFC AEG HK416 A5 with adaptations to the markings and the mag release.

The HK 416 F-S comes complete with accessories, including four magazines, speedloader, charger, and a Blue Force Gear sling. It is also interesting that the French Army is using the Red Dot HS510C by HOLOSUN for optics, also distributed by Tactical Equipements. It is not clear to us whether it is for field optics or just for the training set.
