HK416 with Geissele SMR Rail

We are honestly not quite sure what we are seeing in the picture here: ideally it would be a DEVGRU member, whose HK416 is equipped with a SMR Rail from Geissele (HERE our review of it). We had heard about it some time ago, it would be the first known photo of it that we have seen (as rare as the second rail, which was used/tested by DEVGRU, the Remington RAHG - HERE in the Photo File). If it is not DEVGRU, it could be a private American gun owner who also has a Short Dot (possibly Night Force) and an Insight L3 WMX200 on his HK416.
