HK Academy - Professional HK shooting training

With the HK Academy, Heckler & Koch starts the first nationwide shooting training courses for handguns under professional guidance from October 2019.

The one-day course is aimed at both shooting beginners and experienced shooters, hunters or professional gun carriers with the goal of sustainably improving their shooting skills and technique, gaining safety at the weapon and being able to consistently shoot accurately. In addition, all participants receive valuable tips from Heckler & Koch on the professional handling of the handgun as well as manufacturer recommendations for weapon care, trigger/sight technique, weapon/ammunition adjustment, and more.
To participate in the HK Academy, a valid WBK certificate is mandatory. The minimum age is 18 years. Participants who do not own an HK handgun will be provided with a loan gun from Heckler & Koch for the duration of the course on-site.

The training and education is provided by the HK Sports Shooting Team, technical customer service, and the weapon demonstration team from Heckler & Koch. The participation fee is 380 euros/person including insurance, excluding ammunition. At least 300 rounds of commercial factory ammunition in 9mm x 19 caliber are required, as well as three magazines, a suitable handgun holster, and a loading aid (if available). With prior registration, the purchase of ammunition is possible at the event location. Reloaded ammunition is not allowed. In addition, all participants are required to provide suitable eye and ear protection. The course duration is one day (9:00 am to 5:00 pm). The number of participants is limited to 12 people/academy day. All event locations are Certified Partners of Heckler & Koch GmbH.
