The sensor specialist HENSOLDT is delivering four more high-performance radars for the air defense system IRIS-T SLM from Diehl Defence, ensuring the protection of Ukraine from air attacks. As part of an order from DIEHL DEFENSE worth a medium double-digit million amount, the TRML-4D radars are scheduled to be delivered to Diehl throughout the year 2024 starting in January.
Thomas Müller, CEO of HENSOLDT, said: "This order is the result of the excellent operational results reported from Ukraine. We are proud to be able to help further strengthen Ukraine's defense capability. These radars save lives!"

It focuses on small, fast, low-flying and/or maneuvering cruise missiles as well as aircraft and helicopters. It ensures fast detection and tracking of about 1,500 targets within a radius of up to 250 km. More information about TRML-4D directly from HENSOLDT.
