HENSOLDT: Innovative sensor solutions at DSEI 2023.

09/07/2023By Redaktion

The sensor solutions provider HENSOLDT will showcase its wide range of sensor technologies for the air, sea, and land sectors at DSEi 2023. In London, HENSOLDT will present sensor solutions for communication, surveillance, and reconnaissance missions, as well as sensors for improving self-protection. For more information, visit HENSOLDT at ExCel London, Stand: H6-425.

In the land sector, HENSOLDT will introduce its advanced solutions for armored vehicles with the "Multi Utility Vehicle" (MUV), including innovative optronic systems like MUSS (Multifunctional Self-Defence System) and SETAS (See Through Armour System). HENSOLDT's "Ceretron" combines sensors, fuses their data streams, processes them in seconds, and provides the crew and users in the command post with an AI-supported operational picture, enabling more efficient and faster decision-making.

HENSOLDT's portfolio of advanced active and passive land radar sensors is complemented by the innovative sensor solution "TwinSens". To allow end-users to secure their territory against attacks from hostile missiles and aircraft, HENSOLDT has combined its active air defense radar TRML-4D with its world-leading passive radar "Twinvis". This powerful solution protects air defense systems from hostile disruptions by reducing active transmission times and thus the electromagnetic footprint that can be detected by hostile forces.

HENSOLDT will also showcase its mobile battlefield radar solutions from the SPEXER family, designed for the early and precise provision of detection data with associated target classification as a basis for countering asymmetric threats. In addition, a selection of weapon targeting devices will be on display.

In the air sector, HENSOLDT will present its airborne multi-mission surveillance radar "PrecISR" as well as other sensors such as the electro-optical gimbal ARGOS II, seamlessly integrated into the Xplorer mission system. With "MissionGrid," HENSOLDT showcases a scalable mission system that utilizes the full functionality of the company's radar and electro-optical sensor range. Combined with data fusion and mission management software, "MissionGrid" offers a capability enhancement that allows a single aircraft to fly multiple missions.

In the maritime sector, HENSOLDT will exhibit the "SharpEye" range of 2D navigation radars and the Integrated Navigation Bridge System (INBS). These systems are widely used by the British Royal Navy and the Royal Fleet Auxiliary. HENSOLDT will also introduce a range of optronic multi-sensor masts for submarines, such as "OMS 150" and "OMS 300".
