HELMETS: MTEK and the new minimalism
MTEK introduces the STRIKE Ballistic helmet, the lightest in its lineup at just under 1kg. Featuring a new Monorail system with a single MLOK slot, this NIJ IIIA tactical helmet combines hearing and ballistic protection seamlessly. The streamlined design includes a standard chin strap bolt pattern for versatility. Available in Coyote, Black, and Green, this helmet's 1.1 lbs shell is designed for comfort and performance.
The trend is going back and MTEK is ahead, everything lighter and only the essentials: With a weight of just under one kilogram, the STRIKE Ballistic is the lightest helmet from MTEK so far. Without conventional rail systems, the new Monorail has a single MLOK slot - simply for attaching AMP arms, combining hearing and ballistic protection in a single piece of equipment. The standard chin strap bolt pattern allows for the installation of all common strap systems.

STRIKE Ballistic is a NIJ IIIA tactical helmet. Weight of the complete system is 2.0 lbs/1 kilogram.
