US Special Forces are not just made up of humans, but also four-legged comrades are brought into action. However, less than one percent of all dogs are suitable for the job and they undergo - just like the human special forces - intensive training. The HBO documentary "War Dogs" is dedicated to these team members and shows what they experience, endure, and also sacrifice so that their team can return home safely. They are rappelled from helicopters, have to track down enemy fighters and IEDs, and must not run away in a firefight.
