Greek leopards in Ukraine

Trading has never been as modern as it is today: Germany has proposed to Greece to exchange 100 Greek Leopard 1A5 tanks for modernized armored vehicles to be given to Ukraine.

According to the publication, Greece can receive modernized Leopard 1A5 tanks from Italian stocks in exchange for outdated Leopard 1A5 GR tanks on a one-for-one basis. The Greeks will be pleased, as Germany will cover the costs for a complete overhaul at Greek companies or at another location chosen by the Greek government, reports a Greek magazine.
