Hecker & Koch USA offer with the H&K MR762A1 LRP a slightly reduced version of the G28 for the civilian and law enforcement market. It is intended to be offered as a complete package with Leupold scope (3-9×40), Larue Bipod (BRM-S), sling (Blue Force Gear), cleaning kit (Otis), 2 magazines (1×10, 1×20 rounds) and Peli Case. Due to its lower weight compared to the G28, the hope is to attract not only sports shooters, but also police forces as customers.
