FTCS - AKM stock adapter AR15

The standard AK stock is iconic but somewhat outdated and a bit unergonomic. You can't adjust anything on it, and the angle is kind of odd. With the AKM stock adapter from FTCS, you can use your favorite AR-15 stock on the AK. We tested the adapter from FTCS for the AKM.

The AKM stock adapter from FTCS is made of aluminum and coated with Cerakote. The installation is straightforward. The hardest part can be removing the old stock. Two screws hold the original AKM stock in the housing. These need to be unscrewed, and then a hammer is often necessary as the stock fits quite tightly.

Once the original stock is removed, the AKM stock adapter can simply be slid in.

Just use the two supplied screws to secure it. That's how easy the swap is.

If the adapter is a bit loose, the two Allen screws at the back can be tightened. This will compress a wedge-shaped part in the housing.

The AKM stock adapter is designed for Mil-Spec stocks, and all of them fit well. Whether MAGPUL, IMI Defence, or others. If desired, you can also store cleaning supplies or similar items in the cavity.
