The FALKE CMS pistol optic was reviewed at BEHÖRDENTAGE, offering a compact design with top-mounted battery for a sleek profile. Control buttons are user-friendly with a large viewing window. Multiple mounting plates are included, with brightness levels suitable for night vision. A promising alternative to popular optics like ACRO.
We had the opportunity to inspect the latest pistol optic from FALKE at this year's BEHÖRDENTAGE. It's called FALKE CMS and should be available in about three months. At first glance, it resembles an ACRO, but we find it even better.

The battery is located on top, which allows for a smaller overall height compared to side-mounted batteries. For those wondering how much 0.3 MRad equates to, it's approximately 1 MOA.

The two control buttons make a good impression and serve their purpose well. The FALKE CMS will not have automatic brightness adjustment or similar features.

The viewing window is pleasantly large and sits deep, so there is no need to buy higher sights. In an emergency, the normal sights can still be used.

The package is said to include several mounting plates, including a direct adapter plate for Glock MOS models. What we also like is that the FALKE CMS has brightness levels compatible with night vision devices. We look forward to presenting this optic to you in detail in the future.
