So far, there were only the standard plates weighing 4250g each – ideally Swimmer Cut for more mobility and shaped to fit the body. Now they are the new average, with the plates now presented being lighter and heavier: 4850g and 2900g.

The calculation that results is quite simple:

Higgs Plate Carrier + 4850g + 4850g = 10 kg vest (ish)
