Fitness is important, with this six-week program you can improve yours. Pull Ups or Chin-Ups are essential. We at SPARTANAT are right in the middle of it and it really works. (The image shows the Chin-Up test at the SEAL entrance test in Coronado). The instructions are in English, but it should be understandable for everyone. At the beginning, you simply do as many Chin-Ups as you can, then you start in the column that corresponds to your number. Depending on how fit you are, you can then do 20 Chin-Ups after 6 to 8 weeks. Here again the PDF for Download.
