Eurosatory 2024: Rheinmetall LLM-PTAL

At Eurosatory, not only large equipment is displayed, but also small devices are of course shown. One of them is the new LLM-PTAL from RHEINMETALL.

The new Laser Light Module "Pistol Tactical Aiming Laser" (LLM-PTAL) is a compact and lightweight accessory specifically designed for handguns. It features an IR near-field illuminator and a white light lamp for target illumination. The LLM-PTAL is also equipped with an IR target laser and a visible, optional red or green aiming laser.

This newly developed module offers high laser power up to Laser Class 3B within compact dimensions (L/W/H 76 x 45 x 30 mm) and a weight of only 115 g. In addition to ergonomic usability, the module offers various mounting options on the firearm. The single battery (CR123) can be changed via the lamp head while the LLM-PTAL is mounted. The device also has the significant advantage of not being subject to the strict export regulations of the U.S. ITAR regulations.
