The good part is called GLx 1x Micro Prism, which is their previous 1x prism optic in even better quality. The brightness of the view is no longer adjusted by a dial but with buttons. This makes the whole optic slimmer.
The first look through the GLx 1x Micro Prism. It looks like a Red Dot, only this optic doesn't require a battery because it has an etched reticle. You only need the battery for illumination.
