ENFORCE TAC 2023: All's well that ends well

The trade fair for members of authorities with security tasks and the armed forces ends successfully.

• Significantly more than 7,000 (2022: 4,759) trade visitors participated in the trade fair for members of authorities with security tasks and the armed forces in Nuremberg
• 540 (2022: 377) exhibitors from 37 countries presented their solutions for internal and external security on around 22,000 m² of exhibition space
• Clear vision for the future: Internal and external security are more inseparable than ever before

On February 28 and March 01, 2023, members of authorities with security tasks and the armed forces met again in Nuremberg after a year with great joy of reunion. The 10th anniversary edition of the Enforce Tac trade fair attracted significantly more than 7,000 trade visitors from around 80 countries. Diversity, innovation, and professional exchange were clearly the focus. At the trade fair, high-caliber exhibitors, exclusively authorized visitors, and strictly accredited media representatives of the industry came together. The annual event once again was under the patronage of the Bavarian State Minister of the Interior for Sport and Integration, Joachim Herrmann. In a discreet atmosphere, Enforce Tac once again served as a platform to discuss pressing issues of internal and external security in Europe and the world.

The supporting program complemented a visit to Enforce Tac 2023. Visitors of Enforce Tac 2023 had the opportunity for the first time to test equipment designed specifically for low-light operational scenarios or temperature profile detection in the so-called BLACKBOX. Current industry topics were informatively covered: from the specialist discussion of the UAV DACH e.V. on "Drone Detection and Defense" to the "Conference on Weapons and Protective Equipment" organized by the DHPol. In cooperation with BayStartup, industry newcomers within the Demonstration Area had the opportunity to showcase their products live and in action. Participants benefited from these practical experiences and were able to gain a deeper understanding of products and capabilities.

True to the motto "Encounter, Exchange, and Networking," a side event of Bayern Innovativ GmbH also took place to strengthen the industry's innovative strength. During this TechHub Lunch, the motivation for the newly created TechHub by the Free State of Bavaria and the resulting offering for the industry were presented.

Looking Forward to 2024: Enforce Tac Village and a Clear Vision

The exhibition grounds provided a lively atmosphere and brought together exhibitors and their key target groups. A large number of trade visitors are involved in procurement decisions of their companies and enjoyed the secure environment and confidential atmosphere for quality exchange. The trade fair offered insights into emerging trends and proven technologies. The anticipation for the industry meeting in 2024 was already palpable among participants.

"For Enforce Tac 2024, we already have something new in mind. We are planning the Enforce Tac Village, a realistic training ground in one of our exhibition halls," reveals Isabelle Teufert, event director of Enforce Tac. "There, our visitors can test products of exhibitors in a realistic, expansive environment, train processes, and expand their expertise," Teufert adds. In addition, for the next event in 2024, the theme of security is planned to be rethought by the team around Isabelle Teufert. "Internal and external security are as inseparable as never before," explains Teufert. "Therefore, Enforce Tac will cover both areas equally in the future and thus sustainably support the security and defense industry."

Extending the Trade Fair Experience Digitally

With the YouTube format Enforce Tac TV and other Enforce Tac social media channels on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, the trade fair team manages to digitally extend the trade fair experience. All content of the YouTube format is available beyond the event period. The social media channels of Enforce Tac provide an easy and convenient way for industry members and interested parties to stay up to date with news, trends, and updates of the trade fair.

Save the Date

Enforce Tac will take place from February 26 to February 28, 2024 for the first time over three days at the Nuremberg Exhibition Center.
