He has already had enough publicity with the question of whether what he did – the team posing with a dead body in the picture above – was a war crime, and how the USA deals with it. President Trump conspicuously pardoned Gallagher, which was also a statement. After all the journalists and lawyers, Gallagher speaks for himself.
