Dynamic camouflage - Rostec presents camouflage cape in Moscow

At the ARMY 2018 fair in Moscow, Rostec presents their new camouflage material. This material is supposed to be able to change colors and even create moving images that resemble a leaf blowing in the wind. The material is intended to be used on vehicles, as well as on a soldier's equipment. An example of this can be seen in the cover image, where it has been applied to a helmet.

According to Rostec, the camouflage color can be applied like regular paint, and it doesn't matter if there are any inconsistencies in thickness. We're not entirely sure if it really works as advertised, as there are no videos or additional images showing the functionality. This could also be due to its effective camouflage. The camouflage color is part of the third generation of the Ratnik combat suit, which also includes an exoskeleton. We are curious to see more of it and if Russia's new soldiers will be called "Predator" in the future because of all this technology. HERE is the direct report from Rostec.
