Since the beginning of 2018, Christian Väth has also been offering his courses to private customers. The active infantry officer is already known as a shooting instructor in courses by Akademie 0/500. The Lehrmanufaktur offers two main lines of courses: further education for gun owners and users, as well as a comprehensive civil defense training that is open to every responsible citizen.
The one-day course Range Responder offers basic training for the challenging treatment of gunshot wounds according to the international TCCC standard. No prior knowledge or special equipment is required. The training is based on an EIFAK (Essential Individual First Aid Kit) recommended by TREMA e.V. Special needs of sports shooters (safety protocol on the shooting range) and hunters (rescue chain in the hunting ground) are also addressed. Bringing your own weapons to the course is encouraged - and handling safety also plays an important role in this course. On the other hand, the Terminal Ballistics seminar offers every gun owner or agency user the opportunity to delve deeply into wound ballistics - a unique event in the German-speaking region.
The training program SCOUT starts with a seminar introducing a simple crisis management principle that is easy to learn for everyone. Christian Väth has adapted a whole series of tested military algorithms and experiences for civilian use. He is in direct contact with responsible authorities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This allows for preparation with the highest possible realism. In the advanced courses SCOUT II - IV, the principle is then implemented in practice - with an increasing guarantee of experience. And since Christian Väth comes from the infantry, this all naturally takes place in all weather conditions and overnight.
The Lehrmanufaktur not only aims to educate but also to address the crumbling cohesion of our society. Together instead of against each other - but without soft pedagogy. Camaraderie, indeed. To strengthen this sense of belonging, each participant of a SCOUT II course automatically becomes a member of the in-house civil defense network and gains access to numerous other courses and seminars reserved for members only. Membership is completely free.
Handcrafted teaching of high quality, implemented with great passion - that's the Lehrmanufaktur. In 2018, only a few spots are still available. Due to high demand from companies and authorities, there will only be a few dates in the first half of 2019.
