The MAWL-DA in direct action

There is now a nice video from B.E. Meyers showcasing the Modular Advanced Weapon Laser (MAWL) in action. Shot in the Pacific Northwest of the USA with a team of local police officers who regularly use the MAWL in their daily (and nightly) work, they test the laser aiming aid in a darkened training facility. Here, the right lighting technology often makes the difference between success and failure.

It's hard to capture on video and show everything the versatile MAWL, which illuminates the target with lasers, can do. But good work was done with the video. The MAWL allows for quick adjustment of light and laser intensity to work optimally at different distances. Especially noteworthy is the shape of the laser aiming aid, which is mounted on the front side and fits extremely well. You can access the video through the cover image or HERE.
