The coolest bullpup

For the good old SKS - the semi-automatic East carbine - there are indeed conversion kits that turn it into a modern-looking weapon - see for example the kit below, which combines Bullpup style with classic plastic. However, whoever - we unfortunately do not know who - built the weapon above, has combined extremely good taste with fine technology. A Steampunk among the SKS, so to speak. If anyone knows anything about this device, please post.
