SIGHTMARK showcased the innovative Shade thermal imaging riflescope, featuring a compact 256 x 192 sensor. Despite its lower resolution, the device delivers surprisingly usable imagery up to 200m, making it a viable option for thermal imaging enthusiasts. A detailed review is expected soon.
At the stand of SIGHTMARK, we were able to see a great innovation for the year 2026, the Shade thermal imaging riflescope. What's special about the device? It is supposed to cost under 1000 USD. SIGHTMARK achieves this by using a smaller 256 x 192 sensor.

If you think that the resolution cannot be usable, it is. We were able to look through it with our own eyes and were pleasantly surprised. Yes, the image is slightly more pixelated than that of higher resolution thermal scopes, but it is very usable up to 200m. The detailed review of the device will be available soon with us.
