Warfigther Expansion Kit by AGILITE

In one of our recent reviews, we introduced you to the Reaper Rig from AGILITE. This micro rig can now be expanded with Warfighter wings – going from micro to giant or from David to Goliath. The Warfighter Expansion Kit takes the already fantastic setup of the Reaper Rig to a new level by providing additional functionalities and options that make deployment even more effective. 

The expansion of the AGILITE Reaper Rig for additional carrying capacity and more mounting options is achieved through the Warfighter Expansion Kit. For the Warfighter Wings, AGILITE uses laser-cut Squadron laminate, the thermoplastic composite CURV, and durable Velcro MOLLE. These are integrated with Duraflex quick-release buckles to create a lightweight, semi-rigid structure.

The semi-rigid wings are equipped on the inside with CURV and four MOLLE/PALS columns each.

They enable the mounting and carrying of MOLLE/PALS-compatible gear bags. Using these materials, the capacity of the Reaper Rig can be seamlessly expanded while maintaining a lightweight structure and high functionality for demanding missions.

A 45 mm wide back strap ensures optimal stability and comfort under heavy loads. Its length can be adjusted using ladder buckles.

Mounting the Warfighter Expansion Kit is simple. First, the wings need to be removed from the CURV slots on the side of the front plate.

Next, the strap at the back is removed from the ladder buckles.

Place the Warfighter Expansion Kit in front of you and thread the straps through the ladder buckles.

Prepare a side piece. It is constructed similarly to the parts you have removed.

The straps equipped with Velcro are then threaded through the CURV slots and secured to the side piece.

A part of the Duraflex rapid detach buckle is removed and must now be attached to the Reaper Rig. This is a bit of a strenuous job.

The front plate of the Reaper Rig is fitted with loops on the left and right. There, the counterpart of the quick-release is worked in. A few minutes and some well wishes for the inventor later, the counterpart was in place.

Where the Duraflex rapid detach buckle is placed is left up to each individual.

The quick-release system with the Duraflex rapid detach buckle allows for easy and secure disengagement. The paracord is long enough to grasp, whether with or without gloves. Just pull up or down. 

Anyone looking for a more compact solution can use the included Velcro pad instead of the quick-release to simplify mounting and dismounting.

Lead the strap bands through the slots of the Velcro surface from the side parts and fix them back to the side part.

Quick and easy to assemble. Can be ideally fixed to the Velcro surface of the Reaper-Rig.

A placard compatible with hook and loop can be quickly attached and secured, simplifying assembly and disassembly.
