Finally the truth: the whole world has been wondering where Abu Mohammed al-Jolani's tacti-cool shirt is from. We know: from EMERSONGEAR - a well-known Airsoft brand from Asia that produces clone gear.
On the back of the olive garment - in the opening picture with the victorious view over Damascus - the lettering is clearly visible.
And that is the same shirt on Ebay. HERE from the Asian manufacturers. Under "Blue Label", they clone whatever has a reputation.
But Jolani got ripped off: we suspect that the clone shirt from EMERSONGEAR - enriched with lettering, logo, and a velcro area on the sleeves - costs about twice as much as the original that EMERSONGEAR cloned: a splendid and practical Defender MK2 from HELIKON-TEX.
