Dale Stark - an A-10 pilot tells his story

Legendary skater, experienced combat pilot with the feared A-10 Warthog, and now a farmer. That's a particularly exciting guest on the Shawn Ryan Show that you must listen to. Dale served in the Air Force for almost 24 years, starting out as an aircraft mechanic before eventually becoming an officer. Known for his skills in close air support (CAS), Stark was deployed to Afghanistan in 2006, 2010, and 2014, and was appointed squadron commander in 2018. Here, he tells his story and missions and explains what it's like to fly into combat as a pilot with a Warthog.
