Colt CZ Group acquired the remaining 75% of shares in Swedish subsidiary Spuhr i Dalby AB, integrating it into the Colt CZ family. This move enhances innovation potential and collaboration opportunities within the group, strengthening Spuhr's brand presence worldwide.
Colt Group SE, or also known as Colt CZ, completed the acquisition of the remaining 75% of the shares in their Swedish subsidiary Spuhr i Dalby AB on October 12, 2022. Therefore, SPUHR is now part of CZ.
"We are pleased to welcome Spuhr into the Colt CZ Group as a fully integrated member. Spuhr has clearly demonstrated its innovation capabilities, which we believe will open up further opportunities for the entire group. We look forward to deepening our collaboration with Spuhr's management, employees, and customers," said Jan Drahota, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Colt CZ Group.

Spuhr's founder, Hakan Spuhr, and I will remain with the company and continue to expand the Spuhr brand together with the Colt CZ Group. Spuhr i Dalby is a Swedish manufacturer of optical mounting solutions for firearms based in Löddeköpinge, Sweden. Spuhr's product portfolio consists of optical mounts, accessories, and upgrade kits for firearms, complementing the group's core business to a large extent. Spuhr mounts and accessories are used by many military and law enforcement agencies around the world, including the Swedish Armed Forces, the Dutch and Danish armies, the German police, and the Portuguese Navy. Spuhr also offers a popular series of hunting products.
Colt CZ is headquartered in the Czech Republic and has production facilities in the Czech Republic, the United States, Canada, and Sweden. The company employs more than 2,000 people in the Czech Republic, the USA, Canada, Sweden, and Germany. Colt CZ is 76.5% owned by Česká zbrojovka Partners SE, with the remaining 23.5% held in public ownership.
