CZ expands to 40 Mike Mike

The Colt CZ Group SE completes its portfolio: they have acquired the ownership rights for the automatic grenade launcher Mk 47 from General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems

The Mk 47 Striker is a lightweight automatic 40mm grenade launcher with an integrated fire control system that can be operated as a normal automatic grenade launcher or in programmable mode. The Mk 47 can be mounted on tripods, vehicles, aircraft, or ships. In addition to a variety of unguided impact grenades, the Mk 47 can also fire intelligent 40mm grenades that can be programmed to detonate at a specific height using internal or radio frequency (RF) programming.
