Cyperpunk: KELTEC P50

The guys from KELTEC are known for their unique designs. Their latest pistol, the P50, fits into this series very well. At first glance, this handgun may seem a bit unusual, and it is. Chambered in 5.7x28mm, this pistol uses FN P90 magazines. Yes, 50-round P90 magazines. Why? Because they can.

The P50 looks truly unique, like something out of a Cyberpunk anime. The top features a Picatinny rail for various accessories. The upper part is made of steel and the grip frame is polymer.

To change the magazine, the slide, or in this case the cover, needs to be lifted up like with a machine gun, and then the P90 magazine can be inserted. With a total length of 38 cm and an empty weight of 1.43 kg, the P50 is a rather bulky pistol, but a lightweight PDW. This special piece will be available in the US for $995 in the 1st quarter of 2021. A delivery date for Europe is not yet known.
