Blue Force Gear's Integrated Stealth Harness (ISH) uniquely combines a combat gun belt and climbing harness into a lightweight, adaptable system ideal for military professionals. Certified as a UIAA Type C Mountaineering Harness, it features advanced load management, stability, and emergency capabilities while ensuring exceptional comfort and performance.
BLUE FORCE GEAR (BFG) introduced the BFG Integrated Stealth Harness (ISH), a first of its kind certified system that combines a combat gun belt and climbing harness into one lightweight and mission adaptable platform. Purpose built for military professionals operating in demanding environments where mobility, load management, and vertical capability matter, the ISH was engineered to eliminate the need for multiple separate systems while maintaining uncompromising performance on the ground or at height.
Unlike traditional solutions that adapt climbing harnesses for tactical use, Blue Force Gear designed the ISH from the foundation of a true combat capable gun belt system. Built around the proven ergonomic curve design of the BFG CHLK Belt and BFG’s signature MOLLEminus platform, the ISH provides stable load carriage, low profile attachment capability, and exceptional comfort during extended wear and movement under load.
At just 10 ounces for the outer belt and 1 pound 9 ounces for the complete system, the ISH replaces multiple pieces of equipment with one streamlined platform capable of serving as a combat gun belt, helicopter restraint system, and certified rappel harness. Certified as a UIAA Type C Mountaineering Harness and compliant with EU EN12277+A1:2018 standards, the ISH is rated to hold over 3,000 pounds and features front and rear attachment points engineered for fall protection, rotary wing restraint, and vertical operations.

The ISH features removable modular leg loops that can remain attached and staged on the belt for immediate deployment without digging through packs or pockets. The multi-function leg loops also feature windlass points for emergency tourniquet application and can be configured for autoblock friction hitch rappelling, pelvic stabilization, or two-person litter carry applications.
Constructed using Cobra buckles rated to 18kN, custom blended Dyneema webbing with a 5,000-pound breaking strength, bonded nylon Tex 90 thread, and a sewn belay loop rated to 15kN, the ISH was engineered for professionals operating in environments where failure is not an option.
