Part of the B&T official days in Thun, Switzerland: the gear builders from Lindnerhof. Their tactic was to demonstrate the new generation of gear on two mannequins in a very minimalist way. We took a look at the new Generation VI Plate Carrier in full equipment (in Coyote) and the HL Plate Carrier in Flecktarn and we have to say: those things are sexy. Front view of the full equipment in Bundeswehr Camo with the corresponding War Belt. The MOLLE on the HL is no longer sewn, but instead cut into the material with a laser. Side view with a breathable skeleton belly strap and cleverly designed pockets. Not only the average Bavarian is always thirsty. Hydration pack on the plate carrier, underneath on the War Belt, the drop pouch and an IFAK. And no one can undress anyone so quickly. On the shoulder... ...and on the belly side are the quick release system buckles. Just pull and all the weight comes off. Belly loadout with three magazine pouches and then pre-built pouches, all in the hybrid material from Lindnerhof Taktik and cut with a laser. Even the radio pouch is built this way. Though this one is actually the ingenious multi-caliber pouch from LHT, which also fits a radio. Overall an impressive system with an implementation that is up to date.
