SEALs are in. Apparently, this book title also appeals to them, promising SEAL knowledge packaged as a Survival Guide. The book introduces a SEAL mentality that the author, as a former SEAL, possesses, and then delves into practical problems such as terrorist attacks, earthquakes, being stranded at sea, and safe travel abroad, just to name a few – a plethora of crisis scenarios are listed. Initially believed to be just another trend in literature, it soon becomes evident that the text is very informative and engaging. The key point often lies in the mentality: an attitude that never gives up, always finding ways that lead to a solution. An exciting book that civilians can enjoy reading. The only annoying aspect: the small boxes that start with the phrase "SEALs say: ..."
