A German version of the "Silent Professionals" is presented in the book "Eyes on Target": Christin-Desiree Rudolph is a journalist for the Y-Magazine and had direct access to the reconnaissance scouts of the Bundeswehr. The book shows enthusiasm for the topic, it is not text-heavy but very informative. It includes a rich selection of images of the reconnaissance scouts at work: training, weapons and equipment, a nice picture of the beetle menu at the survival course... Overall, a recommended introduction to the German reconnaissance scouts with very good photos and easy to read.
