"Cold Harbour" deploys PMCs in the subterranean struggle for supremacy in the region, employing the entire range from covert operations to open direct action.

Jon Chang has created this impressive scenario as a Graphic Novel and implemented it with his colleague. The powerful images create a sometimes laconic story that escalates over the four issues.
