Bleeding Control in Vienna

The PPF GERMANY course „Bleeding Control“ is based on the MARCH algorithm, which stands for a supply algorithm that is primarily used in Tactical Medicine but is also gaining importance in civilian emergency medicine when caring for trauma patients. It serves to prioritize life-threatening injuries and treat them in order of their severity.

In our Bleeding Control course, the first letter, M, is addressed, which stands for Massive Hemorrhage. This includes, for example, gunshot and stab wounds, as well as amputations.

In this course, we emphasize many repetitions and realistic scenarios. The course will mainly consist of practical exercises and as many runs as possible.
