Barrett is doing the new MRAD

The US Army awarded a five-year contract worth $49.9 million to BARRETT of Murfreesboro, Tenn. on March 30. The contract includes the procurement of the MK22 Multirole Adaptive Design (MRAD) rifle, which will be introduced as the new sniper weapon system of the US Army.
