Excellent! Guns & Ammo magazine praises SIG SAUER

The traditional weapons manufacturer SIG SAUER has been awarded two awards by the renowned American magazine Guns&Ammo. In the category "Handgun of the year 2018," the micro-compact P365 pistol in caliber 9×19 prevailed. The BDX optical system was awarded as the "Innovation of the year 2018."

As every year, the criteria for an award were high: the products had to a) be released and available for purchase in 2018, b) either flawlessly fulfill or exceed their intended purpose, and c) have found great appeal among the target audience. The awarded products were able to meet all criteria.

The P365 from SIG SAUER is a micro-compact striker-fired pistol made of lightweight polymer. Due to its very small dimensions, low weight, and high magazine capacity of either 10+1 or 12+1 rounds, it is optimal as a backup gun for hunting. Where allowed and by whom, the P365 is also the perfect concealed carry pistol.
