Order for Avon from the U.S. Army
Avon Protection secures $42.1 million order from US Army for Next Gen Integrated Head Protection System. Production ramp-up underway with first deliveries expected in FY23, solidifying Avon as a key helmet supplier to the US DoD.
Avon Protection is pleased to announce that the group has received the first delivery order valued at $42.1 million from the U.S. Army under the helmet contract W91CRB-21-D-0022 for the Next Generation Integrated Head Protection System (NG IHPS).
Production ramp-up is proceeding as planned after completion of rigorous testing. The first deliveries will commence in the first half of fiscal year 23, positioning Avon Protection as a leading helmet supplier to the U.S. Department of Defense.
