The "Battalion Tactical Group" (BTG) is a modular structured tactical combat unit of the Russian Ground Forces. It is assembled in case of necessity and is used to solve combat tasks by coordinating different weapon systems. The BTGs are also what we currently see in action in many videos. Colonel Markus Reisner of the Austrian Armed Forces explains their structure.
