Active protection: IRON FIST for CV90

ELBIT SYSTEMS has received an order worth around $130 million from BAE Systems Hägglunds for the delivery of Iron Fist Active Protection Systems (APS).

The systems will be installed in the CV90 infantry fighting vehicle as part of a project in a European country. The contract has a duration of five and a half years. Iron Fist is an advanced hard-kill system that provides 360-degree protection against anti-tank missiles, missiles, drones, and cluster munitions.
