Agilite partners with 3M

The new 3M F70 Helmet of course needs a nice cover to become even better. What could be more obvious than teaming up with Agilite, who are known for their customized helmet covers. Their covers also integrate many useful features, such as round elastics for securing blink lights, or cable channels and a compartment for external NVG battery boxes.

The new lightweight and modular F70 combat helmet from 3M weighs only about 900 grams, providing NIJ Level IIIA protection. This weight refers to the "naked" shell, without the suspension or rails. With all the essential additions, the weight is around 1.2 kg, which is still very light.

In addition to the standard F70 helmet, there are also compatible covers for the Highcut variant, with exposed ears. HERE is the information brochure from 3M about the F70.
