Journalists venture into the border regions of Afghanistan and Pakistan – FRONTLINE reaches out to the leaders of the Taliban militias and the US special forces attacking them. Against the backdrop of the withdrawal of western forces, it must be said that the strategy was effective in some cases, but ultimately unsuccessful.
