SPIKE, now also in Australia

RAFAEL Australia (RAFAEL) has signed a comprehensive contract with the Australian government for the delivery of the next generation of missiles and warheads (GWEO) to the Australian Defence Force (ADF): RAFAEL's SPIKE LR2 anti-tank guided missile.

This is ADF's first GWEO procurement under the leadership of the first Chief of GWEO Group, Air Marshal Leon Phillips OAM, and represents a significant investment in Australia's defense and deterrence capabilities. This procurement will support the capabilities of the Boxer Combat Reconnaissance Vehicle being delivered under the LAND 400 Phase 2 project.

SPIKE LR2 is an advanced, combat-proven multi-platform missile system designed to meet the requirements of modern warfare and the complex challenges of the battlefield.
