"Whoever eats from the tin bowl" is a well-known book title. And indeed, tin bowls are still widespread. The traditionalists of the army in the German-speaking area like to eat from over 100-year-old aluminum mess tins. But it doesn't have to be that way. For your trip into the field, there are also good and simple alternatives: we have taken a look at the Wildo's Camp-A-Box for you, which is available at CAMOSTORE.
The Wildo Box, available in several versions, comes from the land of Ikeas (Sweden), but apparently has a Polish distribution partner, which is why you can also find the HELICON logo on the box. The compact dimensions: 19 by 13 by 5 centimeters with plenty of contents inside.
We present to you the Camp-A-Box, the best-equipped Wildo Box. This is what it looks like in detail. A "göffel" (combination of fork and spoon) in plastic is included, as well as a cutting board for snacks and a spice container.
All good things come in threes: salt, pepper, and something else spicy come along, adding flavor to the field kitchen.
Two folding cups and one menu bowl. Lunch in three courses is no longer a problem.
CONCLUSION: A compact and very practical mess kit that is also affordable. Recommended for your life in the field.
The Wildo®'s Camp-A-Box is available in Germany at CAMOSTORE for Euro 21.90.
