Open again: German Spy Museum

03/19/2021By Redaktion

As our spies report, on the upcoming Saturday the German Spy Museum will finally reopen its doors to visitors. Admission is possible daily from 10 am to 8 pm only with an online pre-booked time slot ticket.

An elaborate hygiene concept that not only delights agents, and the limitation of the number of visitors make the museum tour a safe experience - not only for intelligence services. Studies consider museums to be the safest indoor activity. Berliners also see it this way: hundreds of tickets have already been booked in the past few days, and the anticipation for culture is enormous.

"The new square meter regulation of one visitor per 40 square meters compared to ten square meters last year makes the opening for us hardly economical, but the longing of our regular visitors is so great that we have still decided to reopen," explains Director Robert Rückel the decision. So there's no need to keep anything secret: The museum café and three smaller stations in the 3,000 square meter exhibition will remain closed, all other stations of the house are - while observing the official distancing and contact restrictions - accessible. The museum requires the use of a medical mask and refraining from visiting in case of cold symptoms.
