A variable magnification can be set at the eyepiece continuously from 1-6x. The VUDU EOTECH has 10 brightness levels and is night vision compatible. The power for the reticle illumination is provided by a CR2032 battery.

The turret for elevation adjustment and the turret for windage adjustment have an easy click adjustment that moves the reticle by 0.2 MRAD per click in the desired direction.

0.2 MRAD corresponds to:

– 4 cm at 200 m

– 8 cm at 400 m

– 12 cm at 600 m

Example: 5 clicks move the reticle by 40 cm at 400 m (8×5=40)

The click indicator can be "zeroed" to return to the base setting after wind or distance corrections.

The SR-1 reticle in the first focal plane is specially designed for quick target acquisition at low magnification. When the magnification is increased, more distant targets can be accurately engaged.

As the reticle magnifies, it is possible to estimate distances with the reticle, the individual lines on the reticle are each 1 mil apart. The dot in the center corresponds exactly to 0.29 MIL (1 MOA).
